anyone know if its a right or left hand thread? i wanted to renew the crank seal while doing the belts im trying to release it anti clockwise with no luck atm , i have the outer rubber pulley off but not the smaller pulley the cambelt runs on:bang: ive been away for a week and im away for next week so i need this done today!

Thanks ..........think im going to have to leave it and see what happens.
3 foot Snap on breaker bar with a scaffold tube over that 3 feet long and it aint budging:bang: i dont want to chance damaging anything replacing sumat that aint poss leaking.

On my Doblo 1.9 JTD 2002 the crankshaft pulley bolt is left hand thread. I discovered this after standing on a 4ft scaffold pole extension, failed to budge the bolt. This would be nearly 700 lds/ft of torque. So I tried undoing clockwise. It came undone under moderate pressure. No idea if this is the case with yours but it's worth a try. I can recommend using Bilt Hamber Ferrosol release spray. It makes WD40 seem like super glue. Hope this helps.
