Technical Cracked block? :S

Hi guys im just wondering how would i know if i have cracked my block on my Punto SX 55 1.1 (ive heard it can happen if it overheats) all help welcome, Thanks , Peter

you would have one or more signs of head gasket failure. and/or external leaks or coolant or oil
