Note: the signs hadn't been tampered with the sandbags were still in place and the back leg of the temp signs were cable tied to the bollard

would love to see what an insurance claims manager would make of that

the temp sign has been like that weeks whilst the works continued then someone slaps the new post and sign up but fails to remove the temp sign.....
