Hi,
would've come with Tutela GREEN slime (VS..?)from the factory,

conventional Blue ethylene glycol antifreeze / coolant as a 1980's / 90's replacement,

now you have a large choice range, orange,
or EVANS, etc.

(Selenia/Petronas) Paraflu UP ( Ultra Protection) 50% with distilled water would be fine.
It's the new pink stuff, that all Fiats use today, no matter what was factory filled.
