Technical Connect Nav+ phone module

:bang: Has anyone had this problem with the phone in Nav+? It will dial out and receive calls, but all you can hear once connected is a clicking sound - the person on the other end can hear you fine though. Makes for great conversation - "hello..hello...hello!!! is there anyone there???". I've tried the diagnostics in the secret setup menu & according to that everything is working ok. Dealer hasn't got a clue - car is in 3rd year of warranty & I'm told unit is no longer covered, so could be expensive.......

Hmm, one assumes the stereo is working ok??

I'd try flashing the software up to 9.8, then trying another SIM card.
