Technical Condensation and soot on the floor

Panda 4x4 TA, 1500 km traveled.

I’m noticing these spots of condensation mixed with soot on the floor. They’re not only near the exhaust but also closer to the engine.
Is this normal?

As they are in a more or less straight line I would guess they are from a cold engine when you drive away. Water vapour from the cold engine mixing with carbon soot in the exhaust and dripping on the tiles as you drive away. More noticeable in cold weather. Perfectly normal I would think.
