I installed my Sony Ericsson W800i on my PC a while ago, which took ages as it installs about 8 different drivers for the bloody thing and it keeps prompting to click ok rather than just getting on with it... now I've plugged the phone into a different USB socket (on an external hub), it wants to go through the whole procedure again! :bang:
Is there any way to avoid all this p*ssing about? the PC already has the drivers installed and I can't see any good reason for it to want 'em installed again!
Running Windows XP Pro SP2 by the way.
edit: Dave, I've just realised, this is all your fault - I only plugged the phone in to try installing that Opera Mini you posted!
