The brochure I have (2012/13) says that it was an option on the colour therapy.
Both POP and Colour therapy come with electric mirrors but the heating was an option, standard on the lounge and street.
I could be wrong but I think if you have an exterior temp gauge then you have heated mirrors

Mine has manual AC and has heated mirrors and an external temp display.Auto climate but not necessarily manual AC, The Colour Therarpy I had for a week didn't have an external temp display on the dash but did have manual AC.
The external temp sensor is there to tell the AC whether it can operate in very cold conditions.
Nope, only auto Climate that uses that to assist in working out cooling required for inside the cabin based upon external temp.
Manual AC has the air intake temp sensor to prevent freezing in the winter etc in the heater box unit by the matrix -saw it when removing a manual AC box from mk3 Panda - which should be the same or very similar.
Specs change all the time so someone would need to check for the exact model/year although even that might not be definitive.
I would have thought an external temp would only be needed for auto operation in climate control as all the manual AC cars I've had will work regardless of external temperature. I used it for defrosting/demisting.

My 2013 Pop has body colour heated mirrors as standard.
