Technical Cold running stilo

Hi I have a 52 reg 1.8 dynamic and its running cold, it warms up slowly but rarely reaches normal temp except when stuck in traffic the electric fan kicks in only when it should do, anyone had the same problem and how did you fix it

Sounds like a simple engine thermostat change is required.

I Have a 1.8 dynamic, and does the same thing.

thanx all is it a big/expensive job or 1/2 hour on the drive ?
