Is there anything available to make your car start better in these cold winter mornings

Before u even think about writing it, a big hammer will not work cause it will make your hands cold[^][^]

My car sounds like a drowning cat everytime I go to start it, so any help will be grateful before the RSPCA gets involved

The bonnet is very big, and from the pic u sent me you wouldn't be able to fill it
