Yes most car parts stores will be able to get you a replacement slave cylinder
You replace it as a whole unit

It's not designed as a part to be taken apart and just have a seal or other item replaced in it
Hi Chris You mean whole salespeed robot? Strange is that I dont find place where it sells. And salespeed are 300, 308, 328 ... So there is no place to find this O-ring?
 
Surely if you've got as far as dismantling the slave to know its that o-ring you need, just measure the ring thickness and diameter and search on eBay, assuming you don't have a DIY outlet near you that sells o-rings..

How do you know that's the failed part or has it disintegrated? Should still be enough of it left to measure to know what size you require. (It's possible the green colour defines a material that is safe to use in clutch fluid without degrading as ordinary rubber or neoprene may do so.)
