Technical clutch prob

hi guys,can anyone help me out please my problem is my car was getting hard to put into first reverse ect,so i thought it was the clutch going
,i then had watford brake & clutch repair it & it does feel smoother but still heavy to push down,next day cable snapped at l bend,so i put a new one on my self this was going well untill i finished connecting up the that pesky split pin on the pivot arm,& decided to adjust the pedal abit & try it out,then i head a bang,now its torn itself through the white plastic pivot bush,any help would be great guys thanks

As rallycinq says, it's new clutch time.

its heavy and is snapping things, its the clutch, the only proper fix is a replacement.
