Hi all, would like some advice if possible, I was driving my diesel Doblo 16V multijet van home from work yesterday, when i tried to change gear, the clutch pedal didn't come up, I pulled onto the curb with my forward motion and turned off the engine. After a couple of minuets, I lifted the clutch pedal and it came back up, I was only 100yards away from my apartment, so i started it up and drove it to my apartment, and parked it up in the car park. As the engine was hot, I left till today to try and take a look. I turned the van round so i could access the bonnet. There was a noise like a clicking that i'd never heard before, when i started the engine The clutch pedal was fine, but when i opened the bonnet, there was white smoke coming from the bottom of the engine, it looked like it was being forced out of a couple of half inch circular holes in the engine block. I'm just wondering if any one can give me some advice, and would it be safe enough to drive it to a garage, or would i cause more damage?????????

Any help would be much appreciated

Thank you

Wayne
