Technical Clutch bearing is pressed all the time mk2b 1.4 sporting

Hello, I have a problem, my mk2b clutch bearing is pressed all the time, also wears the pressure plate,and I am being forced to change it long before the disk is worn. I shortened the pump's shaft, to reduce the pressure, but no results. Happened to anyone before? Is there a solution? Thanks

if you have the correct parts correctly installed then it could be the guide tube which the release bearing is moving up and down on is damaged. The guide tube is part of the aluminium casting of the bell housing.
