Technical clunking at low speed turns

I have had this problem since i got my Punto, when i'm doing about 0-10 mph and i turn usually to the right i get a lowd clunking sound from the front left of the car. Now i have been told its my front left suspension mount doing it, has anyone else heard of this problem?

Er track rod ends? sorted out clicking and banging on my mk1.

anyone else got any ideas?

CV joint?

If the steering is on lock then I'd bet it's the CV joints.
