General cleaning the idle speed actuator and throttle body

When starting my 1.6 brava from cold it tends to judder until its warmed up. I know the cold weather doesnt help, but what and how is the best way to clean the idle speed actuator and throttle body?

take the air fillter pipe off from the throttle body give it a good clean with carb cleaner will do the trick.
