Clarion CZ209EG and steering wheel compatibility

I found this Clarion radio:

They say "OEM steering wheel remote wired interface capability"

Does it mean i can change volume and songs through the steering wheel interface?
Its really important to me that this works.

that means the radio is able to do that but you have to buy an aditiona interface to complete the circuit.

it says only the interface, I reccommend you to buy the special car dvd only for your car model.
