Hi
My car has on occasion been jumping as if the engine is not getting enough fuel, it only seems to happen at low revs and with a cold engine. after less than half a miles journey the engine runs with no problem. I've changed the plugs, the leads, had it tested by Fiat (no problem diagnosed) and now am at a loss as to what it may be....has anyone any idea's. :bang:

they dont have a choke, try puting a bottle of fuel injector cleaner in the petrol tank :)

edit sorry forgot to say welcome to the forum :)

Welcome, as Binki says above, there is no auto choke on these cars. They are fuel injection. If the car is idling incorrectly then it is getting the wrong information from one of the sensors, possibly a temperature sensor suggesting to the ECU the engine is warmer than it actually is.

Cheers

D
