Map sensor seems to have done the trick! This weekend hopefully its in for a 40mm drop and a Janspeed manifold and de/catin sesh!

Had the fuel filter changed today too, to try and stop the random power losses i've been experiencing.
Its still doing it a bit, but i've filled her up with optimax and i'm hoping everything will filter through and it'll be ok.
If not i'll change all the plugs and leads.

Janspeed manifold will make you giggle like a schoolgirl, changes the zorst note so much, if i had my car here working at the mo i'd record the zorst note for you all
