General Cinq Sporting please advise

Does anyone know how to take the headrests off of the front seats pleas? my girlfriends drivers seat has the compulsory ripped side and shed like me to fit some covers?!?!?

in fact, thinking about it, i've got a porter manual....

there are pins right up under the the seat covers, if old cover is not going to be needed then best to cut it open to see them

I dont really want to cut them, is there no way to get to the pin without cutting it? I looked at the pic but cant tell whats holding the headrest down??
Whereabouts do you get to the pin and how does it actually come out?
