I know it's been discussed before but my '98 R reg Cinq. has the Sei. column & an air bag fitted as it's got the sticker above the seat belt giving a date when the gas discharge system needs to be checked by Fiat to make sure the air bag still works, Dec 2007 (10 years after manufacture) tho I do have to add my car is RHD, but was imported from Germany.

Take pics of your wheel, if you click the link for the airbag thread near the begining of this tread you'll find the Sei's have "SRS" on the steering wheel.
Would be very interested to see if it has one, I think it would make it the only Cinq with Airbag but I'm thinking it just has the wheel from the Sei and behind the cover the space is empty.

Yeah I'll try & get some pics done this wk. I did read the other thread & thought it may well be an empty wheel, as I would actually like to remove it to replace it with a much nicer MOMO I've had sitting in its box for a year, but with the addition of the sticker in four languages saying that the air bag gas discharge system must be checked by Fiat in Dec 2007 to ensure it works properly I would think that it would only be put there if there was something to check, plus I don't want to start pulling at it in case it went off in my face!
