Styling Cinq bumper inserts

hey guys sure this has been answered before but i just spent ages lookin for the thread and cant find it...

is it possible to remove all the red/orange bumper inserts on the cinq without removing the bumpers??

yes but its a lot easier to just take the bumper off

how much of a big job is it to do? do you have to take the arch liners out on the front?

no dont have to take them out just pull them back a bit
easy job to do 5-10 mins
