Chris Knott still trading?

Was just wondering if Chris Knott is still trading. I am due for a renewal on the 24/04/14 and have been trying to contact them. None of the telephone numbers are going through and emails are not being delivered.
Just wondering if anyone had any info as I do not want to renew and don't want my account debited automatically.
