Hello guys... does anyone fitted a new chip in the mk1 uno turbo ecu for increasing performance? which gains occured and where can I find a chip for me?

Ive seen some dodgy "Chipping" when i worked at hellfrauds!
One bloke pointed at his Toyota celicas HOTWIRE sensor loom connector...............had a ****ing RESISTOR poking out of it! lmao!

Did i chuckle at his expense!

If your not cluded up on your MK1 Turbo then buy a haynes manuals or i'd suggest buying a SAXO and steak n' chip that to the ****ing hill! lol

It is hard to trust people theses days though mate so good on you for asking first!

Dunc, for that kind of power you must have fitted atleast 5 resistors! I heard you get 20hp with each resistor you fit!

LOL, quality advice.

I'd imagine you need to start again with a standalone ECU. Spend some time talking to some specialist about which system to go for then get the car to a tuning specialist with a rolling road and a fat wedge of cash, alternatively fit a resistor and suffer bore wash.
