actually to correct myself its Mcennedy's American Caesar Dressing. I went through a phase of putting it in everything for awhile..haven't had it in awhile!! Don't blame me if it tastes crap!

Actually Lidl's specials aren't so great anymore, they used to have a load of great things in their catalogue but have sod all lately!!

as for dressings:

homemade salad ones i make are

equal parts lemon juice and olive oil, salt, pepper, french mustard. nice, light and fresh and tastes good on a salad with feta or similar.

you can use balsamic instead of lemon too.
