General Cheap Or Crap

I've seen a cinq sporting for £1995, is this a respectable price for one. The bodywork is in bad condition with rust on the rear arches, but it may be a good starting point for a mental modification. What do people think??

Cinquecento bodyshells are 100% galvanised so they shouldn't rust it sounds like it has had a hard life and is probably over priced.
