Cheap Ferrari

Cheap Ferrari

I would far rather spend 50K on a decent F355, a car you can actually drive. Since 308s and 328s have settled at around 20 to 30K and a 355 would always fetch more you could only lose 20K when you re-sell, if you can ever bring yourself to part with it. At my age I could even insure it, I have met several members of the Ferrari club at race meetings and they are a very friendly crowd (and their drive in meetings must be quite something:) . It's hard to imagine the world of the super rich, but they do exist, stretched out in champagne fuelled comfort up the front of the aircraft and spending an amount that we would be happy to have to buy our next Fiat to do so while we wrestle with a plastic bottle of generic red in the confined spaces of steerage.
