I created a full guide for this in the older Panda (169 model) guides, but here is a link to an updated post for the post-2012 cars which shows the process to be similar. As before the bulb is a T5 wedge-ended 1.2w bulb. You will need a pry tool of some sort (or a screwdriver wrapped in a cloth) and may find some fine-nosed pliers handy. Its a quick (less than 5 minute) job. note there are two bulbs - one in each pair of controls. This does not cover models with auto climate control. https://www.fiatforum.com/threads/changing-hvac-backlights-on-a-rhd-panda.487444/post-4596951
