Styling changing gear knob

hi is there any way of changing the gear knob on a grande punto, as it has to be lifted up to enable the reverse gear, and i would like to change it to a more stylish one. thanks

You simply unscrew the knob and replace it with another. That new knob must be compatible with a lift reverse stick though.
