Punto (Mk1) Change the standard orange indicators

Could you tell me how to get into the rear panel to change a side light please.

Ive got a Mk 1 1998 60 s. The lights are already clear but its got black bumpers and black alloys (scratched up a fair bit). It has grey dash etc and blue seats. Any suggestions how to turn my first car into my baby?? hehe

(p.s. I plan on getting the alloys refurbed once ive got used to the car and im less likely to scratch them myself)

Gezi, this is what i did with my old 1996 punto.
I replaced the air vents on either side of the dashboard, and centre console trim around your rear fog and heated window switch with one off a late mk1 Punto 60s Team ( T-reg ) i found in a scrap yard. Which were a nice purple metalic colour, it also provided the clear font indicators too
That made the dashboard look a lot better!! however if you don't like the idea of purple there are people on ebay selling them in diffrent colurs ready painted.
The seats can be replaced with ones from other punto's if you want to change the look of the interior alot more.

Bouught some new clear indicators from a local scappy 1.50 each!
fitted them, was easy peasy.

I changed both the wing-mounted and front indicators to be white/ clear. Easy job. However, when I told the insurance company, they wanted another tenner for the "upgrade"!

Looks a lot better, though. It's the same blue as in the photos.
