hi all and please help i have a scudo which i parked up lastnight went to it thismorning central locking woundnt work so used key dead battery called aa they tried to jump start and smoke coming from fusebox so disconected aa unable to fix at roadside all my tools r in back of van and i need them but can only unlock drivers door with key how do i get acess to back of van help please

While it is possible that there was an existing fault, the breakdown service generating smoke sounds like they made a mistake connecting up. First thing to try is a spare battery or a jump pack (not jump from running car) connected in place of the (disconnected) "dead" one. Don't switch ignition on, or try to start engine, just try the central locking, both remote and switch in cab.
