Technical Central Locking/Radio Problems

Hi! I own a 2009 Fiat 500 and for a couple of years I've had an issue with the central locking, including the boot wont open. At first I had the fob battery changed and re synched with no change, then had the boot handle component changed and still no change and the the fuse changed which worked for a couple of months but then stopped working yet again. around the same time as it stopped working again the radio has stopped working, it wont connect to any radio station but the bluetooth still works. any ideas as to what it can be? I've tried changing the fuse again for even just a temporary fix but that hasnt even worked this time?
