Technical central locking problem?

Afternoon guys,

Had a strange problem with my mk2 for a while now and I was wondering is anyone could shed some light on it, me central locking works from the drivers door, all doors lock. But on the passenger side the key just turns in the lock and does nothing else it doesnt even un/lock the passenger door.

has anyone else come across this??

Just means the bars and cams on the back of the lock have come off/broken.

You'll need to take the trim off the inside of the door to take a look and find out what's really wrong

Thanks for the reply! I had the card off before I posted and niether me or me dad could see anything obvious hanging off :s tried dropping a load of wd40 in but the lock feels like its jit engaging anything as it turns
