Panda 2012+ Central locking issue

Morning - new to the Fiat forum - over winter the rear passenger side central locking is not working (don't hear the cluck of door lock) - door lock is failing to release - handle remains recessed. Cannot open door from outside or inside (child lock deployed) - any ideas? If it is a garage job - do you know any good garage/dealerships in/near Gloucestershire?

Just trying to understand the point of entry -
To override child lock and get the door open remove the door trim via the door handle? Using method described in first thread

Probably best to ask on that original thread..

Then you can add your own pics as your repair progresses
