General CD to Connect Nav+

Hi mates,
I'm currently in Norway. I was in Fiat garage, to ask for CD on Norway to CN+.
This CD is not available in the Norway at this moment. Fiat in Italy has vacations and ... piece of s**t.

and my question is, maybe anyone has CD of Norway. I need it ASAP, because I will be back home before the Italian finish their holiday
