Technical CD surround

Hi Everyone,

Unfortunatley my punto was broken into on monday
The morons made a right mess, they even hit my rear passenger side panel with a hammer!! No idea why. . . but this is not the question! . . Rant over. After spending the last 3 days cursing, i've managed to pick myself up and have a go fixing some of the little broken bits in order to help reinspire things. When forcing out the head unit the plastic surround was snapped. thats the bit above the fan. Has anyone took this off lately, if so is it easy to remove?replace?? Any idea where the screws etc are?

is this a mk2?

If so theres a mk2 CD player on ebay at the moment and comes with the surround.

I'll have a look on ebay now and post the link if i can find it!

you mean switches? if so remove lower section first to reveal 2 screws.

Hi,

sorry about that, its a MK2, I mean the surround that the CD player sits in? I have a new part now, and it just looks like it clips straight in. Cant see any screw holes so it should be a straight forward job.
