Technical Cd player problem.

Just had the car put through its mot. The cd player is coming on and displaying "phone" and sometimes "mute", I can't get the radio or cd functions to work. Any ideas?

Try taking the negative clamp off the battery for a few minutes and then hook it back up - this resets a lot of electrical/radio/blue and me issues.

Tried taking off the negative clamp, worked for a while but started the car up 10 minutes ago and I'm getting it saying phone again with no sound, it's like it thinks its in a call.

Tried this too, looks like I will need to drop in at a fiat garage
