Poor Bree

I will admit to about 3 years ago buying one of those long brushes on a poll josh

Car_Washing_Brush.jpg

only used it 2 or 3 times and it made a right mess of the paintwork......

now my routine spells out something like this

soak wheels in wheel cleaner....

snowfoam car

leave 10 mins or so to work

rinse well with PW

2 bucket wash with grit guard (cheers Tris) with MF mitt

rub over wheel trims with car wash brush ((only thing i will use it on))

rinse with free flowing hose

dry with Huge MF drying towel and drying aid...

Wheres the option of:

Im not that lazy or stupid enough to use a machine that will destroy the paint on my car?

Meh, you only live once, and poor Stilo is normally filthy, so its either Dirty, or clean with scratches. lol.

And they're only light 'swerls' that carwash produces, that can easily be removed if I could be bothered.

How much do you charge

Can you beat my free washes at work  :p

They arent light swirls. Car washes inflict deep swirls and paint defects that cannot be removed by hand and will take alot of work with a DA to correct it.

How much is it to get everything needed to snowfoam? I dont have a pressure washer, guess I'll need one?

I've just brought the following after reading Tris's thread on car cleaning:

DoDo Juice - Soft Touch Premium Drying Towel
DoDo Juice - Born To Be Mild Maintenance Shampoo
MEGUIARS LAMBS WOOL WASH MITT
DoDo Juice - Time to Dry - Drying Detailer

Got to wait for nearer payday to see if I can get some wax this month or not.

hahah! I think the results speak for themselves!!

Personally, Wash with 2 buckets.. One for mucky water, one with clean soapy water. Rinse off, leave to dry. Rinse off again then dry with MF towel. Wax with SRP Or Turtlewax if its a quicky... Rinse off the crap left behind and one last dry. BLING! :p

There's no option for 'two bucket method with lambswool wash mitt and super soft drying towel'

None of this brush or sponge business, thanks!
