Car alarms

I'm looking for a new car alarm for the Punto as my old Sparkrite one is shafted - only thing is I'm pretty skint and anything over £60 is out of the question!
There's a Cobra 6193 on ebay that I'm tempted by (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7948258646), has anyone used Cobra stuff before and is it decent quality? I'm not bothered about thatcham approval as I'll be fitting it myself, I just don't want it to break!

I've never even heard of the manufacturer but it can't be any worse than Sparksh*te and it's got plenty of toys.

very cheap but i only want it to open the door locks for me.

anywhere you know to which shows the punto wiring with wire colours?

JB, I used a sparkright style one when I had it, great cheap alarm, only annoying bit was it made a racket when you disabled it/enabled it and the buttons were too easy to press. Paid a tenner for it and was happy.

I'm tempted by the Cobra, its a 3193 not a 6193, got immobiliser and ultrasonics plus operates the c/locking, so i might de-lock the car...
Paul, I'd never ever buy another Sparkrite, had to bodge the remote control when the button broke and its generally a piece of crap, the ultrasonics are well dodgy too so I unplugged them
That Fiat Meta one would be tempting if I knew the spec!
