Technical Cant open back door

I can't open the back door. I could only from the inside, but a friend at the door turned the child lock and now I can't open it at all. What should I do? Thanks in advance

Just got the same problem today. Fine last time I used it; just failed for no obvious reason.
I had this happen on my previous Panda Cross and had to have a new lock fitted by a local body shop. Cost over £200
If changing the lock yourself be careful to order one for the correct side.
If anyone knows any easier way of fixing the faulty lock I (and Rok52) would be very grateful.
Just taking the interior door trim off is not an easy matter.

Open ur door card just 2 reach da 2 lines inside so u can pull both @ same time . its magic ur door will open ul b able 2 disable c lock

one person inside and one outside both trying to open door at the same time one inside also pushing the door ......voila it opened
