In that case it would be 0.09 with a dot over BOTH the 0 and the 9 after the decimal place. Ad infinitum it would work out - and if you round up the calculator answer you are back to 9 again. Why the interest anyway? :)

Explained so much better than me. Shockingly I got an A in maths GCSE :eek: Scary.
 
OMG BBS!.....I had that very same calc at school! :slayer:

I scratched every mathmatical formulae we learnt into the back casing of it....Trouble was, when exams came round, I could never remember which formula solved which problem....(n)

mines just a bit battered as is well used, thrown about in school/college/uni bags, might actually start using it at work too!

It was my uncles but he gave it me.

I took it apart once in maths and turned the poloriser round so instead of black numbers on grey back, i have black background and grey numbers

im a geek
 
i also have one of these and used to write programs for it at the same time as +3 basic programs for the spectrum
