Can Blue & Me be fitted as an accessory?

hi everyone, just brought a fiat panda on a 57 plate with bluetooth but would love to be able to play my ipod through the standard stereo.
is there a blue and me kit i can buy to additionally fit to my panda or am i better off finding a stereo with a usb socket in the front?

stereo with aux input or parrot system with ipod/aux input if you want the bluetooth as well.
