At what mileage should the cam belt be changed on a MK1 Punto and what kind of price should I expect to pay from a indie garage?

50.000 fiat say about 70.000 but experiance says 50k its easy job to do yourself will cost £15 for a bearing and tenshioner kit. a garage will charge 1.5 hours labour. about £60-£80 + parts its best to do belt and tenshioner bearing
