Styling Bumpers and side skirts

I have a mk1 with the standard crappy black bumpers, but I have a friend with the a gt who is selling his skirts, front and rear bumpers and also the side strips in the colour of my car.
So i'm just wondering how easy they are to fit, as there doesn't seem to be any holes where the side skirts go?

im guessing you can just tigerseal the side skirts on as you do on a mk2 punto,bumpers are just bolt on and off pretty easy

tigerseal-ive never actually bought it suppose halfords or ebay ?

i think the side strips leave holes on the mk1 so they just clip in and out i think

I've just put sideskirts on my MK2 using TigerSeal. Piece of **** to do. Cake the TigerSeal on. Hold on. A screw in each end going into the arches. Whack some chocks on underneath to press the skirts into the body. LEave overnight.

agree these are the cheapest places to get it from or a paint retailer that sells to the motor trade

Why? I didn't when I used it. Got it on my hands, came off with a good scrub

Cheers everyone, successfully fitted my rear bumper now onto the front tomorrow. I noticed there were bolt holes to bolt the skirts to the car but I have no bolts. Looks like sealant is the solution
