does anyone know how to remove the bumpers on a punto n reg 55 S.

want to change them to colour coordinated bumpers... what tools are needed and does it show you in the fiat manuals???

wanting to make my fiat look cool[8D]

10mm spanner or socket, and a philips screwdriver.

on the back theres about four bolts on the top (underneath tailgate), probally four underneath the car aswell, and one under each arch. Wherwe the bumper joins to the inner arch the is about three/four screws on each side (might need to take the wheels off for this).

The front is pretty much the same but you will have to take the front indicators off as there is one bolt under each one.

Buy a haynes manual aswell

Where abouts are you getting you colour coded bumpers from? I was thinking of taking the nasty black ones off but can't find any matching coloured ones at any of the scrap yards i've visited to replace them.

im selling a black one from a 98 sx if you're interested, got the foglight holes in it. Already sold the back bumper though.

@abul-why look for ones that are already the colour of your car??? that will take ages , unless youre really lucky. lol
get the bumpers in any colour and just get them sprayed

you see my new exhaust hangs down too low for my beast bumper and comes out underneath instead of the opening in the bumper.[xx(]
So im gonna have to do some work on the exhaust to get it to fit properly.

you'll probably just need a shorter mounting bracket made up.

take it to a custom exhaust place. should be no problem for them to fix

thats what i was going to do, but when i lift the exhaust up to the posision where i want it, it touches underneath the car body work[V]

so like you said, might take it somewhere to get it sorted
