I am looking at colour coding my 3 door stilo, its silver i want to get rid of the black strips, can anyone tell me if this is easy to do, also looking at putting a schumacer front bumper on, anyone no were i can get one at a reasonable price?

A few of the guys have done this them selves and had quite good results with the spraying of the strips I think its all to do with the colour match and sourcing of the paint for a good job and of course your ability to tackle the job in the first place .. the clips that hold the strips in place are prone to breakage when you take them off so that can be an unexpected extra cost toward the job I understand they are not cheap for what they are particularly if you have to replace many of them. Now the bumper you will only have one source of supplier and that's fiat so its going to be expensive the rest is up to you (y)

i used Halfords for my paint, and it is a surprisingly good match.

Just use plenty of masking and remember to use plastic primer.

This probably isnt the best time of year to be doing it with all of this wind and rain, unless you have a well ventilated garage.

Good luck chap!!
