gutted no fuel getting to the engine or summat cant belive it

I'm interested to know what the cause and fix was? I broke down in my Punto after running through a small(ish) puddle. Now I can't start the engine.

the cause i think was ogin over some train lines to fast as for the fix i dont know yet

think its a sparkey job or a new feul pump

have u tried to let the car dry out and then start it?
