Technical breaking judder....

When i break firmly from 50/60mph down eg. on approach to roundabout i get a sort of juddering through the car, it doesn't do it at lower speeds and stops when i get down to about 40ish.

Any idea's?

warped disks, pads worn?

You need to inspect them to tell which.

I have the same thing.

A mate of mine who runs his garage said that because I can't feel it through the steering wheel, and not much through the pedal, it's most likely crap in the rear brakes. I've had both rears apart, and haven't cured it though. Although my left rear does bind every half turn or so, not a full on locking bind, just slight friction you can feel.
