Technical bravo won't start

hi I have a 2009 bravo 1.9 120 ps the car was fine went to start and the car turns over ok but wont fire the glow plug light is not on replaced relay but discovered central locking not working and no power at obd2 port checked fuses none seem gone any ideas please

if no power to obd i'd say you have a problem with the ECU getting power.
Get a test light and check ALL the fuses...takes 2 minutes.

You need to establish communication with ECU.. then you can worry about starting it.
