Hi, have had problems with the front windscreen wipers (not working at all). Took my car into garage to an auto electrician who says the fuses are ok but he can't do anything for me as the manual he has to repair the wipers does not correspond to the actual relay ? in my car. Has anyone any idea what he is talking about ? Any help would be grately accepted. Jo - (Dumb Blonde)

Sounds like a lazy sod. Certainly doesn't sound like an auto electrician. He should have been able to tell you if they were getting power, if it was the motor, or the relay, or the indicator/wiper stalks.

Has a normal mechanic looked at it, or was it just an electrician that looked at it?
